She has been a guest speaker at wealth empowerment seminars and financial workshops for businesses and organizations including Chicago Medical School, Cook County Bar Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology, Black Greek Fraternities & Sororities, National Black MBA Association, Mind of an Entrepreneur®, NSBE, and HFS Scholarship Foundation, just to name a few.

Aleatha began her career in public accounting at one of the Big Ten. To have a more purposeful and hands-on approach with her clients, she earned her designation as a Certified Internal Auditor and transitioned to the private sector as a Consultant working with national and international organizations. In her quest to offer even greater resources to her clients, she became a financial advisor with a Fortune 500 company and assisted families and business owners with wealth building and cash management solutions. Aleatha is currently a Financial Consultant with Cetera Advisor Networks and runs a comprehensive wealth management and insurance practice working primarily with business owners and medical professionals. Her goal is to always be a trusted advisor and resource to her clientele.
Aleatha’s dedication to the community has been a life-long commitment. Her commitment to Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, inspiring women in the service of sisterhood and community engagement is coupled with her long-standing mentorship of African American women and girls in personal, spiritual, and professional growth. A former Vice President of Academic Relations and Board Member for the Chicago-West Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors, she enjoyed creating alliances with college business & accounting programs with aspiring college graduates for scholarships and internships. She has also served on several boards, including Garfield Park Community Council, Providence St. Mel Alumni Advisory Board and continues to volunteer with various community endeavors…being most proud of the current endeavors with the Sajdah House® project and its contribution to art, culture and historic preservation in Chicago, IL and nationwide.
Aleatha is devoted to teaching Financial Education through her platform, The Financial Architect®, a trusted source to educate and inspire underserviced communities about financial exploration that may improve their understanding and relationship with money and wealth and ultimately break financial barriers for generations to come.
